4. Service Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are as listed on our website or in our store. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Payment for services is due upon delivery or pickup of your items unless otherwise arranged.

5. Garment Handling and Care

While we take utmost care in handling your garments, we cannot assume responsibility for:

• Inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that may result in tears, burns, or shrinkage
• Color loss or color bleeding due to unstable dyes
• Damage to items left in pockets
• Pre-existing damage not noted at the time of drop-off

6. Unclaimed Items

Items not claimed within 90 days of the date when the service was completed may be donated to charity or otherwise disposed of at our discretion.

7. Website Use

Our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our website at any time without notice.
