For locations within a 5km radius of our store, this service is provided at no additional charge for orders over $50. For locations further away, a small fee applies based on distance. You can schedule pickups and deliveries through our website, by phone, or via our mobile app. Regular pickup schedules can also be arranged for frequent customers.

What if an item is lost or damaged?

In the rare event that an item is lost or damaged while in our care, we follow the Fair Claims Guide published by the Drycleaning Institute of Australia. Compensation is based on the age, condition, and original value of the item, taking into account normal depreciation. We require proof of purchase for valuable items. We recommend informing us of any pre-existing damage or particularly valuable items when dropping them off.

How long do you keep unclaimed items?

We hold unclaimed items for up to 90 days after the scheduled pickup date. We make reasonable attempts to contact customers about unclaimed items. After 90 days, items may be donated to local charities. If you're unable to collect your items within the standard timeframe, please contact us to make special arrangements. We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent timely pickup, and we're happy to work with you.
